Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full credit toward a future session within 6 months. To reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days before the session. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation and staff scheduling constraints.

3. Information Products

Information Products include downloadable digital materials such as guides, templates, and recorded tutorials.

3.2 Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, please contact us with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for a refund due to irrevocable delivery.
